Krimaias, Ano Glyfada

The building is located at the foot of Hymettus, in a corner plot of 250m² across from a green park and consists of underground parking lots and 5 identical whole-floor apartments.

Characteristic of the area and the road to which the large side of the building sees are the narrow private streets of 6m width and the buildings of the 70s-80s, whose facades dominate the small balconies along the entire length of the facades. This characteristic was the basic tool of the composition, so that the volume of the building, which would rise through this narrow street, would be included in the whole.
