The apartment building is located in Dafni, in an area with a continuous building system where low-rise buildings of the 1960s coexist with modern multi-storey apartment buildings.

The plots have a face of 12m, on a narrow street of 8m width, without grass.

This particular building is placed on a plot that comes from the joining of two plots and that’s why it was attempted to see the road to be divided along the vertical axis into two sections, so that it fit harmoniously on the scale of the buildings in the area.
